Over the Christmas period, the online ticket-based helpdesk will be monitored 24/7 as usual. Telephone support will limited to support for emergency 'service down' situations from mid-day on 24/12/07 until 9am on 2/01/08

... with the upgrade of several core sections to 10,000 mbit operating speeds. We have upgraded our Core London Internet Exchange connection to 10,000 mbits from 3000 mbits to ensure there is plenty of capacity for your data to reach over 350 isp directly from our network.

Open Hosting have also established a 20,000 mbit trunk between the existing core network and a secondary new core network in Telehouse East on the London Docklands. This enables us to operate two networks independently to always ensure we maintain connectivity despite what issues may be thrown our way.

These routers offer us much improved redundancy and capacity. Capable of over 20 times the capacity Open Hosting are currently operating at and offering much higher processing power to help avoid faults.

Our Cisco sup720-3bxl based routers are 10 gigabit ready and should provide the very best building block for the next year's expansion with Open Hosting Ltd.
