Christmas Opening Hours...

Over the Christmas period, the online ticket-based helpdesk will be monitored 24/7 as usual. Telephone support will limited to support for emergency 'service down' situations from mid-day on 24/12/07 until 9am on 2/01/08

24/7 on-site datacentre cover and monitoring of all our services will be maintained throughout the the Christmas period as usual

New Database Server - OHMSSQL2

Open Hosting upgrades shared hosting network.

We have added a new MS SQL 2000 Server to the OH Cluster to further increase our shared SQL database capacity.

OHMSSQL2 is presently live. Connection Information can be found in the usual place within Helm database manager.
