24/7 Telephone Support

From today, all Open Hosting customers now have full access to telephone support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week - via the normal 08701 651 351 number.
Support staff are based at our Manchester offices and datacentre around the clock.
Shared Hosting Package Overhaul

We have today dramactically increased the inclusive package resources on all our shared hosting packages for new and existing customers, with pricing remaining unchanged.
All the new package resources can be seen on our website - Single Domain Hosting, Multi Domain Hosting and Reseller Hosting Packages.
The most exciting changes are the inclusion of ASP.NET functionality accross all packages and massive increases to included disk space and bandwidth, as well as a doubling of all included email accounts and forwarding addresses.
Please note - it is not feasible for us to analyse all our existing customers' packages and automatically remove any additional resources, which are now no longer required. It is the customer's responsibility to remove any extra features they now no longer require. This can be done via Helm as normal.

Open Hosting Ltd changes its name!

Open Hosting Limited has become M247 Limited.
The same knowledgeable & skilled staff are behind the new name M247 Limited.
The services provided under the Open Hosting will continue to be provided under that name as a division of M247 Ltd, however a number of other exciting divisions and products have been integrated to form a single entity.
We have also relocated our registered office to our Ball Green datacentre, which is located at:

OpenHosting Datacentre Build - nearing completion

For the past few months, we've been constructing a state-of-the-art datacentre on Trafford Park in Manchester. The fit-out phase of the project is now its final stage and we're very much on-target for completion before the end of this month.
