M247 Ltd ranked 4th fastest growing technology company

M247 Ltd, the parent company of Open Hosting, are proud to announce their ranking in the 2010 Deloitte Technology Fast 50, placing them in the top 50 fastest growing technology companies in the UK
To determine the fastest growing companies, Deloitte reviewed fiscal year revenues over the last five years, calculated the revenue growth percentage, and compared the growth of all the technology companies. Making this list is a significant accomplishment for M247 Ltd.
David Buckle, MD at M247 Ltd responded to the announcement: "Everybody at M247 Ltd is pleased to receive our Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 Ranking. We enjoy the challenge of growing a company even in difficult economic times in an industry that is always changing. We believe our ranking is a reflection on our strong financial and environmental philosophy which has enabled us to grow where others have failed”.
Mr Buckle continued, "We have built our own datacentre which uses our in house developed state of the art cooling system, and is on track to save over 1,000 tons of Carbon Dioxide per year. Our reinvestment of the majority of our earned income in R&D and building our datacentre has had a positive environmental impact by reducing our carbon footprint as well as controlling costs. None of this would be possible without the dedication of our staff and directors to move at speed making the right decisions, not just the cheapest ones, thereby improving the service to our customers."
New telephone number

To provide better customer service we have changed our telephone number. Our new number is 0161 615 1273.
Please use this number for all sales, support and billing enquiries instead of our old 0870 number.
24/7 Telephone Support

From today, all Open Hosting customers now have full access to telephone support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week - via the normal 0161 615 1273 number.
Support staff are based at our Manchester offices and datacentre around the clock.
Shared Hosting Package Overhaul

We have today dramactically increased the inclusive package resources on all our shared hosting packages for new and existing customers, with pricing remaining unchanged.
All the new package resources can be seen on our website - Single Domain Hosting, Multi Domain Hosting and Reseller Hosting Packages.
The most exciting changes are the inclusion of ASP.NET functionality accross all packages and massive increases to included disk space and bandwidth, as well as a doubling of all included email accounts and forwarding addresses.
Please note - it is not feasible for us to analyse all our existing customers' packages and automatically remove any additional resources, which are now no longer required. It is the customer's responsibility to remove any extra features they now no longer require. This can be done via Helm as normal.

Open Hosting Ltd changes its name!

Open Hosting Limited has become M247 Limited.
The same knowledgeable & skilled staff are behind the new name M247 Limited.
The services provided under the Open Hosting will continue to be provided under that name as a division of M247 Ltd, however a number of other exciting divisions and products have been integrated to form a single entity.
