One of the ways in which we can continue to improve our service is by listening and responding to the views of our clients.
If you have a complaint or an issue you wish to raise, then please drop us an email or call us on 08701 651 351 and we will do our best to address any problems you have
If this does not help to resolve the issue then your are entitled to submit a written complaint to our head office where a formal investigation will begin immediately.

An initial response to any written complaint can be expected within 7 working days of its receipt; a full and considered response to the complaint should be completed within 14 working days.
